11% management fee

RENT COLLECTION ONLY SERVICE

6% management fee

TENANT FIND ONLY SERVICE

Please note

Landlords, for whom we manage 5 or more properties on the The One Stop Management Package, will pay a reduced 'Admin and Tenant find fee' in the amount of £295.00 per property.
Landlords who refer their own tenants for referencing will pay a reduced 'Admin and Tenant find fee' in the amount of £350.00.
