All tenants are asked to issue us with a full copy of a detailed credit report and if deemed as acceptable then we use a company named Let Alliance who is One of the UK's largest tenant referencing and lettings specialists for all credit check and referencing procedures.
We require one week's worth of rent to be paid to C J Management as a holding fee to reserve the property. This payment is refundable should the tenant fail to take the property.
Once the Let Alliance reports come back and are confirmed as acceptable to move into the property, a moving in date will be agreed with the tenant and the landlord. CJ Management will ensure all necessary paperwork to be available for sign up.
