We can receive your rents from tenants, arrange for all maintenance (including the annual gas safety inspection certificate) to be booked in and recorded on file (including payments of maintenance invoices), issue monthly rent statements and a monthly expenditure schedule detailing all expenses (maintenance, management fees, etc.) at the property. We can also arrange for EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificates) to be carried out for you.

We offer this package exclusively to all our current and prospective landlords as it works fantastically well when incorporated with the general management of all of our properties.
We currently manage over 75 properties in and around the Folkestone area. Each property is as important as the rest, so we strive to accommodate any and all requirements presented to us from the landlords and tenants in our portfolio.
We also provide a ‘Tenant find’ service to Landlords at a cost of £495.00 per property. Landlords, for whom we manage 5 or more properties, will pay a reduced ‘Tenant find’ fee in the amount of £295.00 per property.
